Please wrap broken or fragile items in paper and mark them as “危険”.

Do not put garbage in a garbage bag as it may cause a fire.
Collect them at the Japan Tobacco Association or the dry battery collection boxes installed in electrical stores and public facilities in the city.

Items that are too large to fit in a garbage bag for non-burnable garbage, or so heavy that they would rip the bag, are considered oversized garbage.

Put in collection boxes at Ward Offices and supermarkets. A list of locations can be found here. Items that cannot be collected, and items that cannot fit into the small electronics recycle box (25 cm x 8.5 cm), are non-burnable garbage.
